ERC Debt Collection Complaint

ERC Debt collection department,

I do not know Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Kentucky

I found a collection account on credit report that looked suspicious. Contacted ERC to inquire about collection and ERC could Not locate collection account under my social security number. ERC was able to locate an account with my name and different social and an address I have never lived at. ERC REFUSES TO CORRECT AND REMOVE ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.
