My complaint is against Discover Card. Fraudulent charges appeared on my account, and were then credited. Discover operatives stated they were indeed fraud, and I would not be responsible. After lengthy oral and written communication, the balance was respectively brought to -/ $6.00 cents. Subsequently, The false charges were added back with an increase amount. Representatives of the company were abusive, hostile, and in violation of the fair credit billing and fair credit reporting act respectively. They were sent the requested information but still remain uncompliant and stated they will ruin my credit if false charges are not paid. I 'm deeply disturbed, as a previously valued customer there was very mutual respect. The account was always used properly, responsively, and promptly paid. I respectfully ask your assistance.
