i purchased a 2009 Hyundai sonata from - - - -/-/2016 my down payment check bounced due to insufficient fund of - dollars i was financed through regional acceptance corporation with a car payment of - currently I 've had the vehicle 90 days and agreed to pay car note until i found out registration or vehicle is not titled to me on the memorandum title to obtain hard plates, i was told the vehicle is still in - 's name even though i 'm currently approved for a - dollar loan i was contacted by - police also about the check, - states give them regional 's money and the - making a grand total of - or there is no deal! i disagreed with that amount and was told return the vehicle, i said OK but only if the loan is being canceled so i can submit a new deal somewhere else, i went to another dealership and tried to purchase another vehicle for the same amount with a new credit application and it was denied because i 'm still being told if i give this car back it is a voluntary rep o, when that 's not the case i feel 90 days is more than long enough for a vehicle to go in your name also - lied and told regional that the car was in my name when it 's clearly not, the police has called everyone on my credit application, also the fact that my check bounced do n't make me a criminal the account is still open and active and a direct deposit went through that same month bank had took my check due to fees a payment arrangement could have been made with - but now the situation has went too far. i would like to be done with - but in a civil manner and not at the expense of my freedom or me not being able to purchase at a different dealership or bank.
