Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Account terms and changes Texas
For every day in which I am unable to utilitze the online service to file a dispute with Experian Credit Monitoring Service, I will be submitting a complaint. On - -, 2016, I received an email from Experian Credit Monitoring Services indicating a change to my credit report. I logged into this service, in which I am paying a fee for each month, and attempted to dispute the information that has been reported to the credit bureau ( s ) as per Experian Credit Monitoring Service ; however, when I attempted to do so, I received a notification online indicating that I am not allowed to submit a dispute online, and that a reason can not be provided to me. Two documents have been attached to this complaint submission, one document showing the email notification I received from Experian Credit Monitoring Service, and the second attachment is the notification I receive when I attempt to dispute the information reflected in my account with Experian Monitoring Services.
