Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Florida
On - -, 2016, I uploaded a letter of dispute to Experian via their --. Once I uploaded the information, I received the immediate statement stating my upload had been received successfully. I allowed the 30 days to receive the results from Experian but had received nothing. I just pulled a copy of my credit report from Experian and contacted them to see why an investigation had n't been performed. According to Experian they did n't receive anything from me in regards to an investigation. How could this be when I still have the saved page of them confirming successful receipt of my request? I am asking that something is done about this.
