Citibank Credit card department,
Best Buy/Citibank has been charging me debt protection fees without my authorization. I just found out recently the total is $1000.00. In addition, I believe those fees have prevented me from paying off promotional purchases before the expiration date cost me at least $500.00 more in back charged interest. I have disputed this, but have not heard anything except they would cancel the service.
