Gap - - employed - - who constaly called at odd hours and threatned to put a lien on my house when I paid -. IT is documented that I paid and noone wants to provide my statements! Gap - - Bank or this - -. The judge did not get proof of my statements and the ignored my letter that was sent before the summoned date since the debt was under -. What kind of practice is this!? And when you are in front of a judge you can not even speak because they are in cahoots with the debt collectors.This debt has been paid. How do you have a corrupt judge just stamp a judgement without proof I want my statements dating my last payment of - now from GAP Syncrony Bank - - - and - and - from - 2010 to - 2010
