I paid my Macy 's American Express balance in full by phone on - -, 2015 in the amount of $820.00. On - -, 2015, I received a billing statement from them saying I owed a past due amount of $24.00 and they charged me a late fee of $35.00. I called immediately and reviewed this inaccurate information and it was the first time I was notified I had a balance since paying in full in -/-/- they apologized and immediately reimbursed me the amounts in their error. They turned around and lied and reported me for 30 days late. I want this removed immediately from my report.
