Wellsfargo credit card has promotional 0 % balance transfer and it 's good product but i have noticed on my statement that where it says " promotional balance '' it says the balance owned and the APR and balance subject to interest rate and days in billing cycle and interest charge. Now what is missing which is critical information is the date the balance is due. I find that something that needs to be fixed asap. It 's not fair toe the consumer not to be able to have that info on the statement. Thank did say that it 's for " security reason '' but she her self and her supervisor said that does n't make senses either. but i wanted to the BCFP to look at this and fix the issue.
