We have a buyer for a short sale at market value and - banks, Astoria Bank and - ready to give approval-as long as the other banks sends their written approval first! We are at a standstill for months, with the seller facing foreclosure-because both Astoria and - are waiting for the other to send their short sale approval first!!! HeLP!!!!!!
