I need help getting help with my account I 'm on - and I inquired to the company several times through customer service but I cant get to speak to someone higher up. My daughter and I who is the cosigner are both out of work on -. My daughter had - and I have - and - issues. The company did give me a - payment extension which had my next payment due the same week I signed off on my paperwork and I tried begging them to give me atleast 30 days because I had n't started receiving my - checks yet but was denied, I was told they cant give an extension on a payment that is due yet but I have a payment schedule and I have financed several cars and have never heard that before. I was told that I 'm paying interest payment for the first 2 years anyway so I do n't understand why they cant just help me out. My interest rate is 24.937 % which I have bad credit so I was desperate and had to get a vehicle from them not realizing that the rate was so high of course until afterwards. I need help I can t afford to loose my car I need transportation with everything that I have going on I 'm stressed enough and your agency was my last resort to try to get them to work something out with me
