Since 2010, I have been applying for homeowner assistance with my mortgage loan and my lender has been unwilling to assist, providing me with only canned decline responses after taking an inordinate amount of time to complete the review process. The initial review took over one year, and the most recent over six months. The bank seems determined to foreclose on my home and, therefore, has made no sincere effort to provide any assistance that would allow me to remain in my home, actively pursuing foreclosure the entire time.
