I 've been waiting for a month-and-a-half on a new debit card. I call your - number customer service and tell them I had ordered one online myself for self service did not show up in the system anywhere so then I was told to physically go into the bank branch asked her to tell her to order me one and send it to the branch. The teller then argues with me that that was the wrong thing to do to wait on the other one gives me a temporary card and sends me on my way I 'm thinking she went ahead and ordered me another card now here I am 10 days later still
in front of me because she was too busy laughing and carrying on with that customer has the line grew behind me longer and longer when I made it to the counter you had about - people deep waiting as she laughed and joked with the customer in front of me and did not care to move any quicker or move on about her business in this process I have discovered my letter was not taken very seriously and was not resolved. So here I am -/-/- with no debit card sure I have a temporary one that I can function with but I do not have one that I can sign payments to because I 'm going to get a new one and now I have to wait another 10 days
