PNC bank imposed an unfair ( if not illegal late fee ) against my PNC - - - .The due date for my credit card is always the - of the month so my most recent due dates have been -, -, and -. I made an early payment 0n - ( which PNC accepted as a payment toward the - due date ). I did not get a late fee. I made a series of payments in - that more than covered the - payment ; in fact I made a payment on -, very similar to what I did in -. When I made a payment on - ( after the - duly date ), they did not not count it toward my - payment. They applied a late fee which is basically penalizing me for pre-payment. -My minimum payment due by the way was $25.00. Notes ; Below are the payments I made. I deleted references to my checking acct ( also with PNC ) and my credit card.
