I was in the process of selling the property and provided Bank of the West a purchase agreement, but they refused to work with us. On - -, 2015, less than a month later, the property closed on the same purchase agreement and Bank of the West was paid off at the amount they demanded. Previously, demand was made on Bank of the West to this agency for full disclosure regarding all figures supporting the payoff of this loan ; however, the reinstatement figure of $11000.00 remains unaccounted for. Bank of the West has failed to provide itemization for this figure.
