Other mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account California

I bank with -. They set up an electronic payment to make my mortgage payment to my lender. But they set up wrong information and sent the payment to Loan Care - - - -. I contacted them on - -, 2016 and got a ticket number. I called them on - -, 2016, and the money still had n't been refunded. I sent them all the paperwork from my bank proving that the money went out to them and they are still refusing to refund the money. I do not have any loan with them. Can you please help me?
