I am assisting a veteran complete a short sale on his home. Ditech is the loan servicer and its a VA Loan. I have submitted the short sale package along with an offer to Ditech -/-/2016. Ditech has failed to respond to the offer. I need assistance with this request. I have attempted to escalation this file with Ditech directly with no success and I called VA directly seeking assistance - but they did n't offer much help.
