On - -, 2016 I received an email from PayPal saying I 'd added a new address to my account. I have not taken any such action ; in fact, I have not used PayPay for several years. I 'm note even aware of the account number I used at the time. I tried to respond to the email and the email address would not let me. I tried the " if you did not make this change '' link on the page and the link does n't work. On - -, 2016 I received another email, this time from - asking that I confirm that I added a new address to my account. Again, I tried to respond to the email and the address wo n't let me. I haven no idea where this is coming from and fear that someone may be trying to use my identity. The name they 're sending to my email address is not me, as shown in the attached emails ; and the address is in -, -.
