I applied for Citi Gold Checking Account with - promotion on -/-/2016. The promotional offer is that AAdvantage - bonus miles will be credited by Citibank within 90 calendar days from the date when I completed all offer requirements. I have received a confirmation letter from Citibank specifically addressed to me from Citibank that I have met all the requirements. In the letter sent on -/-/2016, Citibank stated that " Our records confirm your account met all criteria for promotion code -. After your 90 day waiting period is complete or by -/-/16, the bonus miles will be applied at the end of the next statement billing cycle. '' However, I have not received AA - bonus miles as of -/-/2016. During the waiting period, I have already paid a total of $60.00 of monthly service fee to wait for the promised AA - bonus miles. I wish Citibank honors her own promise written in the confirmation letter.
