Citibank Credit card department,
I had - accounts with American Express. - was the - account I opened around 2004. The other was my - American Express opened recently. I made a payment in - in the amount of $800.00 to my - account when it should have been for the blue account. When - switched visa - bank this money did not transfer. The visa - liaison said they do not see the $800.00 in my history of my - American Express card. American Express says they can not see my - AE card at all. - -, my bank has denied my fraud claim. The $800.00 is missing and I still owe that to my blue account. Please help! Thank you so much.
