Closing/Cancelling account California
I am contacting your company due to an issues I have been unable to resolve with Discover Credit Card Customer service. I had a secured credit card in the amount of $700.00 and I paid off and closed the account in - of 2016. Since then there has been no activity on the account. I am expecting my full refund in the amount of $700.00 and when I spoke to a representative at discover they advised me I would be getting my refund in the beginning of - 2016. then I called again and now they are advising - 2016. This is very frustrating because those monies are due back to me and it is causing a great financial hardship for me because discover is holding monies that are due to me. I feel it is unfair because I paid the card off in - 2016. I am requesting assistance from your company that I receive my refund immediately.
