First and foremost i am extremely upset on the decision Chase has given me. My card was stolen from my possession and during this whole month period chase did n't alert me when my card was being used in another state. Approximately 6 to 7 hours. The total that they have used is about - dollars. I contacted the merchants and spoke with multiple managers in which they say that the signature is in a females name on most of the transactions. Lastly, chase does n't want to refund me because of inconsistent information. While most of these transactions happened during my instructing religious class, which was 7 hours away from me.
