Last correspondence from Chase dated - -, 2016 confirmed that I was approved for loan modification under a Trial Period Plan starting with a 1st payment of $2600.00 by -/-/2016. First time was made on time on -/-/2016. 2nd trial payment in the amount of $2600.00 due on -/-/2016 and 3rd trial payment in the amount of $2600.00 due on -/-/2016. Acceptance of the terms of the offer of the Loan Modification was to make the first monthly trial period payment in place of the normal mortgage payment. and subsequent trial payments. However, I received a Mortgage Loan Statement dated - -, 2016 reporting a past due amount of $3200.00 and total amount due of $6500.00. This report is negatively reflecting payment as past due on my credit report and construed as derogatory.
