JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I had - credit card accounts with Chase bank back in -. - went into default and I eventually settled - of them with Chase in - 2010 using my Chase Checking account to make the payments ... years later Chase either sold or " placed '' a settled account with - - and now - - has been on my credit report and has been trying to collect on me for years. I have written to Chase and to - multiple times over the years and have filed formal disputes with - and -. - finally deleted this false report but - did n't, and I have no idea what - shows. Regardless, I have made multiple efforts over the years to get - and Chase to validate this alleged debt and they have failed to do so each time. I feel as if I have no other possible recourse to resolve this matter because my written disputes are essentially ignored by - and they make absolutely zero effort or attempt to validate their debt and supposed claim to be able to have this on my credit. - also provided no specific response other than to say they are updating my report to reflect that I have disputed this, but they did n't address the substance of my claim or Midlands complete refusal to validate the debt they are claiming is owed. Please help me find someone, somewhere, who can help make - accountable for their own obligation of validating an alleged debt, because they flat out refuse to do it on their own.
