My name is - - and I am desperately trying to seek some assistance from Wells Fargo about a personal business matter. I have been a student loan customer of Wells Fargo Bank since - of -. I have taken out a total of - separate private educational loans, with - of them being paid in full with no late payments. They are as follows : Acct # - - $2500.00 - Paid in Full - Perfect Payment History. Acct # - - $3500.00 - Paid in Full - Perfect Payment History. Acct # - - $3400.00 - Paid in Full - Perfect Payment History.


loan. Acct # - - $5700.00 - Charged-Off - $2200.00 left to payoff - - straight on time payments when I started paying off this loan. I lost my job in - of -. When I lost my job, I still made my payments to all of my loans on time and complete until the company I was working for transferred me from - -, - to -, - in - of -. At this time, my co-signer/co-borrower took over my payments for me ( - -, my grandmother ). She did this for me until I found them to be charged off. My phone number, address, or email were never the same as my co-signer/co-borrower. I never received a single notice for a 30 day late, 60 day late, or a 90 day late on these loans. I also never received any notice directly to myself of any charge-offs until both loans were charged off and outsourced to a collection agency ( who then transfered them back to Wells Fargo ). After they were transfered back to Wells Fargo, I done everything in my power to pay them off in full as fast as I could.
