Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois

Tcf bank is constantly charging over daft fee that I fill are in appropriate charge to gouge its customers. I never opt-in for them to pay any over-draft fee. I was told even if they did n't pay the vendor requesting payment I would be charged a return fee. They need to be investigated for deceptive practices.
