They are failing to refund - late payment feeds of $35.00 each. Several months ago I had to call in to customer support multiple times to rectify some late payment fees that I caught. At that time, I set up ( with confirmation from the customer service rep ) bill due notification emails. Unfortunately those emails never arrived. I incurred additional late payment fees from Citicard in - and - -. Citicard refuses to reimburse those late payment fees on the grounds that I was receiving monthly account statements with information about payments due in those emails. The common practice across literally all other of my financial services, - - - -, -, -, - -, Interactive Brokers, to name a few ), is to send monthly account statements for their accounting purposes and to send separate email notifications for bill due emails
