PayPal Holdings, Inc. Money transfers department,

International money transfer Money was not available when promised

I did set up funds withdrawal from my PayPal account to my bank account on - -, 2016. Money have not arrived by now, it is - -, 2016 today. It is more then 1 month now. I did - transfers for $15.00 - and $210.00 - on - -, - both transfers were lost. I contacted PayPal regarding this number of times but I still have not seen the funds at my bank account as well as they have not returned to my PayPal account.
