While working with this lender I have been facing many obstacles from the beginning. The disclosures were not correct when they initially sent them to me with all the incorrect information from what I was sent and they told me to sign them regardless which I knew was not right to begin with. Secondly, I have yet to receive a loan estimate which I have requested a total of 5 times to reflect the accurate amounts and totals. I am given a " fees worksheet '' which is not what I asked for and nor does it provide any of the necessary information I had requested. The loan processor keeps loosing all of my personal and sensitive information that I have provided to them. The loan office, -, refuses to return any calls or e-mails and I also feel discriminated against because he only choose to talk only to my husband and not to myself especially because I am the primary signer. This company has been sending me in circles with this loan process and consistently lacking in customer service on top of it.
