My mortgage company recently pulled my mortgage payment on - - for my - payment. The company then helped themselves to another mortgage payment on - - without my knowledge. I called the mortgage company to see what was happening and had an unapologetic person on the phone that said they made an error and will refund the money by hopefully Monday ( - - ). The mortgage company successfully wiped my accounts clean and I am now borrowing money to make ends meet. I am calling my credit card companies to please not pay themselves so that I can avoid overdraft fees. This is unacceptable for anyone to take my hard earned money and take all my money from me.
