- OF - REPRESENTING A PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY SPOTLOAN STATED I WOULD BE ARRESTED FOR FRAUD IF I DID NOT MAKE SOME KIND OF PAYMENT. I CLOSED THAT ACCOUNT THAT THE ACH WAS COMING OUT OF DUE TO RELOCATION FOR PERSONAL REASONS. AND I WAS NEVER CONTACTED MY A DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY OR THE COMPANY ITSELF.
