I logged onto my online account on - - to make a payment and the system blocked me. I tried to use Regional Acceptance 's IVR system and I was unable to make a car payment. I called the number listed on the screen when I got an error stayed on the phone line for an hour and then the called disconnected. I called the local office on -/-/-. I spoke with - in the -, NC office he was a supervisor. He advised me that they blocked my ability to submit an online payment. I asked why he stated because they had no spoken to me, I advised him that I had not missed a payment on the account and paid online each month. I told him that by blocking my payment without cause he/his company refused my payment. I advised him that he can not report me as late to the credit bureau because I tried to pay by a method that Regional Acceptance Company allows. - told me I was not past due on my account that I was 42 days past due and Regional Acceptance Corportaion does not report you as past due unless you are 60 days past due. I said that does not sound correct he assured me that it was and I would not be reported as late to the credit bureau. I told him I have a credit monitoring service and I would be notified if I was reported late to the bureaus. Today is - -, 2016 and I got a notification of a late payment.
