BB & T decided to close a bank account for which I was using their paperless program. Because I was given no warning of the account closure, I do not have copies of my records. I need the information from my account in order to do my taxes. They 're now trying to force me to go to my local branch and print physical copies, for which I would be charged $5.00 per page and $5.00 per check. As I had several checks daily, this is an overwhelming amount of money for my small businesses. Also, I do not see the point of printing these records, digital is preferred.
