i paid a company for an at home business that i had come to realize took my money and did not provide me with any service at all.when i realized i had been scammed i called my discover card for help.i told my card company i did give them my information so it is not a billing dispute but more for services were never rendered to me at all.of coarse the company sent in the contract as i knew they would.they should have to prove they did the work for me.discover seems like they looked at the contract and that was it.this company is taking advantage of the - and getting away with it.i wanted discover to look into it.all they kept telling me is i was out of the guidelines for a dispute.i would still like discover to investigate it .i paid them - on discover and more money on other cards.
