Ally Bank defrauded and short changed me by sending a refund for less than what it should have been for a vehicle extended warranty contract. Ally bank not only deducted money for the warranty contract that was never used but instead of charging me $25.00 cancellation fees, it charged $50.00 instead. This is fraud and I am sure that there are other unsuspecting consumers that are being defrauded by Ally Bank.
