previous complaint : - please reopen this issue. I thought it was resolved, but there is a new twist. Please first add that I will never call or step foot inside a bbt branch bank in -, md again. this is nothing personal, but it has gone on too long, it started as a simple question, then professional inquiry, now is a rigmarole I will tell everyone about forever. please add verbatim this entire message, reopen the link and provide a link. please forward this to the business. I received a letter today, dated on -/-/16 from BB & T stating my accounts would be closed with BBT branch banking and trust. I did not request this. More retaliation and denial of services since the last complaint filed with your agency. The last complaint with the ADA was : I requested a manager to discuss a resolve and final payoff. I called the numbers today listed on the bottom of the letter and tried to reach a person. a left a few voicemails. I was on bluetooth in the car and it got confusing. i assure i am awaiting a written response, in professional format addressing the answers remaining unresolved
come across as rude, overbearing, or unprofessional. I feel my - and them knowing it complexes the issue. At this point I was awaiting a " - '' to call me back, but I have not had success with him. In fact I believe he is the gentleman that pulled my credit when I had a simple question about auto loan process. I never consented to full credit check .... but moving on. please know i plan to never go in the -, md bb & t locations since receiving today 's certified letter with no explanation as to why my accounts are closed. I am shocked and would like to formally request arbitration, with further explanation as both explained, then offered within the contents of today 's letter. I want a number besides local branch for this and want this forwarded to proper channels. I am sorry for today 's confusion, sincerely I wanted to discuss a payoff, and could n't get a voice to discuss payment options. Please verify all amounts, and know I am disputing, requesting arbitration with different parties besides the locations I am disputing with. Professionally stated, please accept this explanation and apology. please service me and do not discriminate or deny me services. This is - of my oldest accounts I hope formal arbitration can be reached to resolve. thank you. please post all responses in writing to the mailing address on file. this goes for all future correspondences from all parties to me. thank you for also confirming receipt of this in writing. **Please note I hear more corporations are trying to discriminate and shake bad clients, or those they deem are bad by no oversight or common standard. It 's purely the branch managers opinion now? As I told the branch the days of profiling the lunch counter and golf course neighborhoods are over in most places. They should be in your banking judgement of risk as well. but i digress, but am not far off with my -. Previously a complaint was looked into, but this has specifically gone on since - 2016 to the point I could no longer preserve my account. Although my intent was to keep it, theirs was to not have me as a clent clearly by todays letter. Please also allow me to send the full call logs, as well as - complaint, BB & T responses since the issue was last looked into. please send this to company so BB & T can forward to proper arbitration.
