I file a Police Report as you will see in the attachment, Because this account of Radio Shack it is included it as Identity theft/Fraud. I Reported it -/-/- that I have lost/stolen the Credit Card, However they Radio Schack continue claiming that they had verified the account by checking that the Credit Card was issue in my name and the address matches their files, therefore the Account is mine, however I have continued asking myself Why Creditors just by telling the that my name and social security number and my address matches their files therefore the investigation is completed it so now I am responsible, since they have exhausted their efforts by investigating this account, I decided to investigate myself the account I wrote a letter on - -, - ( See Attachment ) requesting documentation that the law allows me to request under the Section 609 ( e ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act to find out or to acquired Radio Shack Investigation report and all the documents stated in my letter,
On top I found today by an Alert Message I received from - that Radio Shack continue reporting to the Credit Bureaus every single month, that the account is over the limit Creating a big impact on my Credit Report and Score unnecessary because in fact this account was closed when I reported it the credit card lost/stolen -/-/-, if this account is closed why they are continue reporting this account that is over the credit limit when has been close for years, at least this what the representative told me -/-/- but the funny thing is that they never sent me another card it remains closed. the I reported it as Identity theft the account should not be reported it to Credit Bureaus when there is an Identity Theft/fraud issue. This account should be Removed/Deleted for Non complying to respond to my letter dated - -, -
