On - -, 2016, I spoke with - -, a representative for LoanDepot-, LLC, -, CA -. He asked several questions and request I send supporting documents to him via email. Also on - -, 2016, I paid from my credit card, $290.00 for an appraisal which he says was a discount price from $500.00 fee they normally charge. ( See receipt attached ). From that date till today, - -, 2016 they have asked for several documents including tax returns and I have not received my appraisal, follow up calls nor have they finalized the refinancing loan. They also took the liberty to call my homeowners insurance to inform them of an upcoming change.
