Synchrony Bank failed to send a monthly statement to me for my Amazon.com credit card during - 2016, The - statement I received contained a $25.00 late fee. I was unable to object to this fee because Synchonry Bank does not permit human person-to-person contact. It has a website and phone number, but any effort to explain a problem results in a " robo call '' response. Efforts to contact a consumer services representative through any of the other Synchony Bank phone numbers produced the same result. Synchrony did not disclose, at the time of issuance of the credit card, that human contact and interaction would be prohibited by its system.
