Over the past two months, I have been charged a Credit Life Insurance ( - ) fee on my Macy 's American Express credit card. I did not authorize or enroll in this product. It appears Department Stores National Bank ( card issuer ) may be enrolling cardholders without their knowledge or consent. On - -, I contacted - @ ( - ) - to request a copy of the sign enrollment form and to cancel this policy.
