I bank with Wells Fargo Bank in - Az. Using my Wells Fargo debit card at - - in - to get close to todays current market rate, I found Wells Fargo has frozen their ATM card exchange rate to - ... my - last transactions, increasing my cost of doing business by an additional $21.00 plus per transaction plus their internation fee of $5.00 dollars U.S. And - 's ATM charge of $1.00 or less. My last - transaction showed a market rate at $19.00 last Thursday -/-/2016 after - so I exchanged dollars for $8500.00 - at a cost to my account of $470.00 and change, then Saturday evening -/-/2016 I withdrew $8500.00 - for $470.00 US dollars and change rate was - then today -/-/2016 I again withdrew $8500.00 - and got the same rate as Saturday! After calling Wells Fargo, they said it was - 's problem, not theirs, until I said you are my Bank and your name is on my - Debit Card. I was helped by Wells Fargo rep
My phone Number is - cell and my - - number is -! I know now Wells Fargo is manipulating the currency market to their clients using Debit Cards at the very least.
