Incorrect information on credit report Account status Tennessee
-/-/- - - changed from - - to - -. With this change there was a payment issue that I was unaware of which put my account into delinquency. -/-/-, I moved. With the change over that happened within this window, the Address was not accurate or the phone number. Defaulted to old information somehow. On - - I spoke with - in length. She was able to confirm the errors on - Banks behalf. She also expressed this happened to many people. She waived all late fees, removed all interest charges, and confirmed my inaccurate contact info. She updated all reimbursed me for everything, and my account was brought to - balance. She assured me they would send a letter to remove all three negative remarks on my credit. That never happened. I have called since then on -/-/- and-/-/- as well as today, -/-/-. All three times they are able to confirm the notes from -, but are unable to confirm why the request to remove from credit was denied. Today, - confirmed that it was do to several delinquencies. There were -, - from the intital switch, and - in -/-/- with the move and inaccurate info- rmation on their end. All of these were an error on the behalf of synchrony due to the switch. Once the error was caught it was immediately rectified on my end and account was brought to -.
