PayPal permanently limited my account for reason that they can not tell me ( the customer service said this when I contacted they ). At the same time, they forfeited the eBay gift card I bought from supermarket that have already linked with this PayPal account ( I can only use those eBay gift card with the specific PayPal account. However, I can never use this PayPal account any more ). Regardless of the reason PayPal limited my account ( I did n't owe PayPal any money in any means ), how could they have the right to forfeit the eBay gift card I bought by my own money? If it is legal, PayPal could limit any account with the reason they can not tell us and forfeit all gift card that have linked to PayPal account!
