On - -, 2016, I ordered - tickets to an event that was to be held on - - using my TCF Back debit card online through the Dinner Lab website - no PIN used. I was charged $180.00 for the transaction. On - -, 2016, I received an email from the - - that they were ceasing operations immediately. I responded to the email asking when I could expect credit for the purchase and received a reply of the same text that was sent saying they were out of business. I contacted TCF Bank by phone on - - to dispute the charge and was told they would contact the merchant. TCF Bank did n't ask for any of the messages sent or received from - -. I have followed up with TCF Bank several times by phone and was told repeatedly that the merchant had until - -, 2016 to respond to them, at which time they would make their determination as to a credit to my checking account. As of - -, 2016, I have not received any info from TCF Bank.
