I have an account with US bank for which I used to conduct my primary day to day financial transactions. I have on three occasions make my credit card payment to another bank. And on all three occasions, my bank US bank have play these games with my account in which to do high and low stacking of processing of my accounts. The last time that did it for me was yesterday. I had paid $200.00 on credit card account on -/-/-. The authorization came through and US bank took out the money. There were sufficient funds in the account when I made the payment. US bank took the money out my account and held it until -/-/- when they held the fund until they had sufficient transaction to reject the authorization, take out $36.00 from my account and return the payment as insufficient funds authorization. This is not the first time they have done this sort of thing. I am fed up and I am not going to take it anymore. US bank keep playing these games with customers with low balances and I thought the new banking regulations were suppose to stop this. They should not have pull the fund made it unavailable, sit and wait until they find it convenient for them to access overdraft fees to make money off me.
