I paid $60.00 to open a bank account online with BB & T. I got an email, after they took my $60.00 and all my information, stating that I needed to go to the office and verify my address. They made me pay $50.00 more to open another account because they could not find the account I opened online with the $60.00. They said that it is - fault and not theirs. I have talked to the manager at the BB & T in -, AL and talked to the lady who opened my - account named - -. She says over and over that it was not $60.00 but $50.00 and that she has sent a fax to regions bank. - - has been very rude to me and probably because I 'm on -. She now says I have to call her back regarding an issue she has with me. I 'm just going to change banks but I need the $60.00 that was taken from the - - account before I leave. Please help me!
