To. the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Greetings, My name is - - I want to file a complaint against the USAA Federal Savings Bank and to the - for collecting a Debt that I do not owe and unrecognized Account that I never knew, base on my knowledge I only owe - Debts which is settled by the Debt Settlement Company that I enrolled through the Debt Settlement Program the first Debt was settled through - - - - a Secured Credit Card Account. # - which I paid in the amount of $5800.00 both Me and the - - - - agreed on the settlement letter. and the other Debt was Unsecured Loan with Account # - which is Settled through - -. both Me and this Collection Agency Agreed which I paid in the Amount of $2100.00 through the debt Settlement Company that I enrolled. can you please Help me to Investigate this case. so that this Bank and the Collection Agency stop their unfair Collection Tactics.
