Applied for a harp refinance with loan depot. Was advised I could not refinance under harp because of a charge off for - on another loan having nothing to do with the residence. After finding out there was no charge off I submitted paperwork to demonstrate that this was not true by means of a recent statement which i forwarded to them indicating I owed -. I was told that anything over - in deliquency does not qualify for - approval. This is under - but I am now being told that they have special overlays for me and will not approve loan. I am - individual and believe this is discrimination. I was told that if it wasnt for this I would be approved.
