When we filed our first complaint, we stated that our desired resolution was the return of the fees caused by PNC 's manipulated transactions in addition to any subsequent fees caused by said manipulation. They only returned the original fees. Thus our account was still owed $72.00. We live pay check to pay check and can not afford these fees. We decided to part ways with PNC, but we went negative by $9.00. Had they not stolen the original $72.00 from us and caused us to be short then applied another $72.00 in fees, we would have had the money to cover it. What they are doing to us is no less than highway robbery. I requested the account be closed immediately. They have ignored me, saying it can not be closed with a negative balance and it continues to accrue fees, which they 've threatened to come after us for.
