I purchased a vehicle from a finance institution that now I see goes under - different names at the same address which confirms my claim of fraudulent activity. They are called CNAC Financial and also Known as BYRIDER FINANCE LLC. Located at ; -, INDIANA - On - -, - I purchased a - - - and also a service warranty was attached. The sales person also at that time assured me that the vehicle had went threw their point inspection and that the car would be reliable for me and my family. After only a little over a week I contacted the service department with problems with the vehicle, we scheduled an appointment. I took the vehicle in on a Thursday morning, on Friday I called the service department to see when the car would be ready not anticipating what the worst. The lead man over service - said this to me. He said there was no way that this vehicle could have went threw thier inspection cause of the things that are wrong with the vehicle. The problems could not have been missed like, Gasket Leak Around Engine, Fuel Line Leak From Corrosion, Problems With Exhaust, And Water
Are Not Open On Weekends. 2 -3 weeks later Same Problems. I called -, I said your guys Did Not Fix The Problem Vehicle is Performing The Same as when I brought it in before. Once again I immediately called the CNAC/ BYRIDER FINANCE LLC people to complain about the issues of this car not being Safe and how the vehicle should have never left the lot with these types of Dangerous, Life Threatening issues.This is Twice they have let this Vehicle leave the lot. I even asked for this vehicle to be replaced in the Program Called Help To Repair Or Re- Establish My Credit. Since CNAC/JDBYRIDER FINANCE LLC ATTACHED A PRICE TAG OF - DOLLARS TO THIS CAR. YES. - DOLLARS. BUT THEY ONLY REPORTED - DOLLARS TO THE CREDIT COMPANIES. I talked to CNAC/JDBYRIDER again around time for my car payment to be due about my issues. And my conversation with someone named - and another individual became horrible, confrontational and inhuman. They asked me things like How Am I Eating? How Am I Paying my Rent? and Who was Paying My Bills? I was told that I Should Sell Something In My House. Cause I 'm 3 Days Late on My Payment. I tried talking to the Branch Manager -, explained what was going on and How I No Longer Feel Safe In This Particular Vehicle. He Said He could not help me to get into another Vehicle and How My Contract Was Not With Him, But With CNAC/ JDBYRIDER. I Stressed To Both - and CNAC/ JD BYRIDER FINANCE LLC . The Safety Of The Vehicle and How I AM NOT GOING TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE AND HOW FOR MORE THAN A WEEK I 'VE BEEN PLEADING WITH THEM TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP. AGAIN I STRESSED TO CNAC/JDBYRIDER And BRANCH MANAGER -, How They Expect Me to Continue to Drive This Vehicle On My Insurance And How If Something Where To Happen Just Bringing This Vehicle To Them. They Would Fraud My Insurance Company BY Not Ever Acknowledging The Danger and Safety Of This VEHICLE. They EVENTUALLY PICKED IT UP ON -/-/- Only AFTER I TOLD THEM THIS AND I REFUSED TO PAY SUCH A HIGH PRICE FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY KNEW WAS DANGEROUS AND UNSAFE THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A - WOMAN WITH A FAIRLY DECENT JOB AND PAY. AND THEY SENT ME OFF THAT LOT NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. THEY DID NOT CARE ABOUT MY SAFETY, THAT CAR COULD HAVE BLOWN UP. ALL THEY WAS CONCERNED WITH WAS THE 3 DAY LATE PAYMENT. NOT SAFETY OF VEHICLE, MY PERSONAL SAFETY OR SAFETY OF MY LOVED ONES. ALSO ALL CALLS WERE SAID TO BE RECORDED.
